Penn State University was gave a 4-year Bowl ban, $60 million fine, and revoked all wins since 1998. Their last registered win was against the Wisconsin Badgers on November 22, 1997 with a final score of 35-10. Yesterday, the Joe Paterno statue was removed from the PSU campus. What a week.
