Several MLB Stars go down
AL Sluggers David Ortiz from Boston and Jose Bautista from Toronto went down Monday. Ortiz has an achilles injury that is reported not serious. Bautista, who leads is in the top 3 in the AL for home runs, is a different story. He was placed on the 15-day DL Tuesday with a wrist inflammination. In the NL Cincinati's first baseman Joey Votto will have knee surgery that will put him out for 3-4 weeks. The NL home run leader OF Ryan Braun from Milwaukee was pulled in 7th inning on Tuesday with a groin strain. What a week in baseball, and it just started.
